Excellent response & solution to our problem.

I’ve taken my vehicle to the dealership before for oil change and simple mechanical issues once again the car was returned to me the floorboard on the driver side, and the door jam was full of oil in grease from the person or technician who changed my oil the dealership should put down plastic or coach the oil change technician into cleaning up the car if he makes a mess this has happened twice now.

Jamie was an excellent person to deal with when trading my Traverse and acquiring an Acadia! She is very easy to work with. She went above and beyond trying to find the vehicle I wanted. Driscoll's also gave me a very fair deal on my vehicle when trading it in. I was very happy with my experience. Frank in the Financial Department was very good to work with. He took his time, answered my questions, and was very thorough. When everything was completed, Jamie explained the different aspects of the car. Rex was also extremely helpful when needed. He helped explain and set up the tech aspect of the car. Each of these people took great measures to make sure I walked out completely satisfied with my purchase. I have bought several vehicles from Driscoll's and the service department is excellent! They have always gotten the car in to be serviced quickly and are very thorough with the details. This company works as a team.

Another great service appointment at Driscoll's! Staff is professional and friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. I appreciated Jim coming to the waiting area to explain the work done on my car and what they found. He answered my questions and explained it to me in a way that it made sense to me!

We knew we were looking to upgrade our current vehicle to a newer one heading into retirement. We leased our GMC EV truck here in October and love it and the experience so much we wanted to consider another GMC. The staff were so easy going and spent hours with us looking at, and driving various vehicles. Explaining different features and differences between models both new and used. Our payment and financing options as well as what would work best for our needs. We never felt pressured or hurried and they took the time to answer our questions and understand our wants. Without a doubt this was the best place to put our trust in and feel like we were being treated like family! It was well worth the drive to put us in our new vehicle.
